I'm so glad to read how it went! And what a fun race to run by some of our old haunts.

I'm proud of you for not being deterred and completing the race. I'm hoping your hip will heal up soon and you'll quickly be back to Pilates heaven.

Also, your run down Payson Canyon sounds great! Such memories...

Congrats! As far as drugging, I generally take about 4 Advil pre-race and 12 (or 20) post race. Not all at once. I'm so proud of you, and so happy that it was a positive and emotional experience. My favorite thing about running are the thoughts and feelings I feel when I am digging deep to finish something. xoxo

Yay! Congratulations! So glad you saw your goal through to the finish line. I'm so impressed!!

You are awesome! I don't even run 1 mile at a 10 minute pace. In fact, I think I can walk faster than I run... I'm proud of you and super impressed :)

You are my hero, A!

Great post! I am still cherishing this run . . . as cheesy as that sounds! I was so worried you weren't going to be able to do it with me, so I was pumped when you were able to pull through (with GREAT success I might add)! That is so true to your character because you are always pulling through on whatever you decide to do and you find ways to make things happen! I love you and cherish the fact that we are true sisters. xoxo
